Manage Intelligence Unit quota when it is exhausted

Learn what happens when your Intelligence Unit (IU) quota is used up and how to continue work by topping up or upgrading your plan.

Steps​

Step 1: Review your exhausted Intelligence Unit quota​

When your IU quota is used up, a pop-up explains that you have used all available Intelligence Units for the current billing period and shows when your quota will reset.

Step 2: Decide whether to close the message for now​

If you do not want to act immediately, close the pop-up by selecting the close icon or clicking anywhere on the dimmed background to return to your project.

Step 3: Open billing settings to top up your quota​

To purchase additional Intelligence Units, select the option to top up; you will be taken directly to the Billing section of your current project’s settings.

Step 4: Open billing settings to upgrade your plan​

To move to a higher plan with a larger IU allowance, select the upgrade option; you will also be redirected to the Billing page for your project to complete the change.
