Review usage breakdown by contributor or project
Use the nested breakdown list to see how individual contributors or projects account for a parent group’s total impact units and activity.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open a drill-down group
Expand a drill-down group (such as a person or project) to reveal its nested breakdown list, showing either contributors within a project or project split within a person.

Step 2: Scan labels and attribution
Review the list of names or labels in the breakdown; unattributed rows are clearly marked with an icon and grey text so you can distinguish them from fully attributed contributors or projects.

Step 3: Understand percentage contribution
For each row, use the percentage shown next to the label to see how much that contributor or project accounts for within the parent group.

Step 4: Compare impact units and activity volume
Use the impact units (IU) and activity count on the right-hand side of each row to compare absolute contribution and workload between contributors or projects.

Step 5: Interpret visual progress bars
Use the horizontal progress bars to visually compare the relative share of each row, with unattributed usage shown in a muted style and attributed usage highlighted.

Step 6: Identify empty breakdowns
If there are no contributors or projects in the selected range, read the inline message to confirm that the parent group has no nested usage data for the current filters or date range.
