Managing IU quota exhaustion and choosing next steps
When your IU credits run out, use the quota exhausted modal to either upgrade, top up credits, or follow an alternative path offered by the system.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Review the IU quota exhaustion message
When your project runs out of IU credits, a quota exhausted modal opens automatically, explaining that your available IU has been fully used and that you cannot continue automated IU usage until you take action.

Step 2: Evaluate upgrade and top-up options
In the modal, review the primary billing options, including the Upgrade Plan button to move to a higher plan and the Top Up Credits button to purchase additional IU credits so you can resume automated activity.

Step 3: Check for an alternative zero-credit option
If available, review the additional recommended action presented beside the billing options, such as manually reviewing work without consuming IU credits, including its label and short description.

Step 4: Choose an alternative fallback action
Select the alternative fallback action if it suits your workflow; the modal closes and the system immediately takes you into the selected manual or zero-credit process.

Step 5: Proceed with billing actions if no fallback is offered
If no alternative action appears, or it is not suitable, choose either Upgrade Plan or Top Up Credits to adjust your billing and regain access to automated IU-powered features.
