Browse and manage unified documents
Use the unified documents table to review, sort and navigate documents, and access key actions such as viewing details, comparing changes and managing deleted items.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the unified documents table
Navigate to the unified documents view where all documents are listed in a table with columns for title, source, type, category, status, revision, author and last updated.

Step 2: Review document details in the table
Scan the rows to see each document's title or reference, source system, document type, category, current unified status, revision, author name and last updated date, using badges and icons to quickly identify status and source.

Step 3: Sort documents by key fields
Click a column header such as Title, Source, Type, Category, Status, Author or Updated to sort the table; click again to toggle between ascending and descending order.

Step 4: Navigate between pages of results
Use the pagination controls below or above the table to move to the previous or next page and adjust the page number to browse through all available documents.

Step 5: Adjust how many documents are shown per page
Change the page size selector to increase or decrease how many document rows are displayed on a single page, helping you balance overview and performance.

Step 6: Select documents for bulk actions
Tick the selection box in each row, or use the header checkbox where available, to select one or more documents for any bulk actions offered elsewhere in the interface.

Step 7: Open a document's details
Click a document row to open its full details in the side panel or detail view; the active document is highlighted so you can see which item is currently open.

Step 8: Open change comparison for a document
When a document has a ready comparison, use the comparison chip or "Open changes" style action in its row to jump directly to the change comparison view for that document.

Step 9: Regenerate a new version of a generated document
For eligible generated documents, hover over the row to reveal the "New version" action and select it to trigger regeneration of a fresh version.

Step 10: Review and manage deleted documents
When the deleted column is enabled, review the "Deleted on / by" information and use the Restore action on relevant rows to recover softly deleted documents, watching the spinner while restoration is in progress.
