Manage active automation workflows
View and manage all active automation workflows for a project, including running them on demand, refreshing their status and disabling workflows that are no longer needed.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the Active Workflows section for your project
Navigate to your chosen project and open the Active Workflows area to see a list of all currently active automation workflows for that project.

Step 2: Review the list of active workflows
Browse the list of active workflows displayed as cards, checking their names, key details and current status to understand what is currently running in your project.

Step 3: Refresh the list to see the latest workflow status
Select the refresh control to reload the list of active workflows, updating the page so that you can see newly added workflows or changes in their status.

Step 4: Run a workflow immediately
On the relevant workflow card, choose the option to run the workflow now; the system starts a new execution for that configuration and confirms that the workflow execution has begun.

Step 5: View workflow execution history
From a workflow card, open the execution history to review recent and past runs of that workflow, including their outcomes and timing.

Step 6: View workflow configuration details
Open the workflow detail view from its card to see the full configuration and settings for that active workflow.

Step 7: Start disabling a workflow
On the workflow card you want to turn off, select the disable option to begin removing it from the list of active workflows.

Step 8: Confirm disabling the workflow
In the confirmation dialog, review the message and confirm that you want to disable the workflow so it no longer appears in the Active Workflows list or runs automatically.
