Manage an active workflow

Review the status of an active automation workflow, see recent and upcoming runs, and access further workflow actions.

This guide is designed for project manager.

Steps

Step 1: Open the Active workflows list

Navigate to the Automations or Workflows section of your project to view the list of active workflows displayed as cards.

Step 2: Review workflow name and status

Locate the relevant workflow card and check the workflow name and coloured status badge at the top to confirm which workflow you are viewing.

Step 3: Check the last run status

Look at the "Last run" line to see when the workflow last executed and whether it completed, completed with errors, or failed, indicated by the corresponding status icon.

Step 4: See the next scheduled run

If the workflow is active and scheduled, review the "Next" line with the calendar icon to understand when the workflow will run automatically again.

Step 5: Run the workflow immediately

Use the run control on the card to trigger the workflow to run straight away; if a run is in progress, a loading indicator is shown instead.

Step 6: Open workflow details

Select the view option (eye icon or equivalent button) on the card to open the full workflow configuration and review its steps and settings.

Step 7: View execution history

Choose the executions or history option on the card to open a detailed log of previous workflow runs and investigate any issues.

Step 8: Disable the workflow

Use the menu on the card to disable the workflow when you no longer want it to run on its schedule, preventing any further automatic executions.
