Customise workflow settings
Configure the available options for a workflow template so that it matches your team’s specific process and preferences.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the workflow customisation panel
Navigate to the automation configuration area and open the workflow you want to customise; the “Customise” section shows all configurable fields defined by the template.

Step 2: Adjust dropdown options for single selections
For fields that show a single-select dropdown, open the list and choose the option that best matches your workflow (for example, a priority level or a default assignee); your selection is saved immediately as an override for this workflow.

Step 3: Configure multi-select options
For fields that allow multiple choices, open the dropdown and select the required option from the list; the value you pick is applied to the workflow configuration and can be changed at any time.

Step 4: Turn workflow options on or off
For toggle-style options, use the checkbox beside each label to enable or disable that behaviour in the workflow; changes are reflected instantly in the configured settings.

Step 5: Set scheduling preferences
Use the schedule controls provided (for example, the Schedule Picker) to define when the workflow should run, adjusting dates, times, or recurrence as needed; your schedule choices are stored with the workflow template.
