Configure an automation schedule using presets
Use predefined weekly, daily, or monthly options to quickly set when an automation runs.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the schedule presets
Navigate to the automation settings and open the schedule picker panel to view the available presets.

Step 2: Choose a schedule category
Review the Weekly, Daily, and Monthly headings displayed in order and select the category that best matches when you want the automation to run.

Step 3: Review preset options under the selected category
Under your chosen heading, browse the list of preset buttons, each showing a clear label and a description of when it runs.

Step 4: Select a weekly preset
For weekly schedules, pick a preset such as "Every Monday morning" to run at 6:00 AM every Monday, or another weekly option that fits your process.

Step 5: Select a daily preset
For more frequent runs, choose a daily preset like "Every weekday morning" or "Every day at 6 AM" to match your desired cadence.

Step 6: Select a monthly preset
For monthly routines, pick a preset such as "First of every month" or "Middle of month" and confirm the description like "Runs at 9:00 AM on the 15th".

Step 7: Confirm the selected schedule
After clicking a preset, check that it is highlighted with a tick and primary styling, confirming that the schedule has been applied to your automation.
