Format report text with the rich text editor
Use the rich text editor to write, format and structure report content, including links, images, tables and document references.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the rich text editor
Open the report section that supports rich text and place your cursor where you want to start writing or editing content.

Step 2: Enter and format basic text
Type your content, then use the toolbar to apply formatting such as bold, italics, underline, strikethrough, bullet lists and numbered lists.

Step 3: Insert links
Select the text you want to turn into a link, click the link icon, then enter the URL and choose whether it should open in a new tab before saving.

Step 4: Mention project documents
Type the "@" symbol to open the document picker, search or browse for the relevant document, and insert it as a reference into your content.

Step 5: Add and edit images
Click the image icon to open the image insert modal, provide the image source and details, then adjust its size or alignment using the inline image toolbar.

Step 6: Insert tables
Click the table icon to open the table picker, choose the number of rows and columns, and confirm to insert a table that you can then fill with data.

Step 7: Switch between rich text and Markdown
Use the editor mode toggle to switch between the visual rich text view and raw Markdown, editing in the mode you prefer while keeping the content in sync.

Step 8: Review and save your content
Check that your formatting, links, images and tables appear as expected, then save or update the report section so your changes are stored.
