Edit structured report content in the rich text editor
Use the rich text editor to review and edit structured report content, including headings, lists and tables, while keeping the original layout clear and readable.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the report in the rich text editor
Navigate to your report and open it in the rich text editor so the existing content is loaded into the editable view.

Step 2: Review the heading structure for readability
Check that top-level and nested headings, such as the executive summary and findings sections, appear as distinct heading levels rather than one block of text.

Step 3: Check lists display as separate bullet points
Scroll through the report to ensure observations and similar content appear as clearly separated list items, not merged into a single paragraph.

Step 4: Verify tables are shown as structured data
Locate any tables, such as risk or severity tables, and confirm that rows and columns are clearly defined so information is easy to scan.

Step 5: Switch between rich text and Markdown text mode
Use the text mode toggle to switch to Markdown view when you need to work directly with the underlying Markdown content, then switch back to the rich view for easier reading.
