Use the project setup prompt banner

Use the animated project setup banner to see your current onboarding step, start the next action, or dismiss the prompt when you no longer need it.

This guide is designed for project manager.

Steps​

Step 1: View your personalised project setup greeting​

Open your project dashboard and look for the animated project setup banner at the top, which greets you by time of day (for example, “Good morning”) and shows your current onboarding step.

Step 2: Review the suggested onboarding action​

Read the main message in the banner to understand which setup task is being recommended next, along with any supporting details that explain why it is important.

Select the primary action button on the banner (for example, “Continue setup” or a similar label) to navigate to the relevant area of the application and complete the suggested onboarding step.

Step 4: Expand or adjust the banner view (if available)​

If a chevron icon is shown on the banner, select it to expand or collapse additional information about your setup progress, such as a checklist of tasks or more detailed guidance.

Step 5: Dismiss the project setup banner​

When you no longer need the prompt, select the close (X) icon on the banner to dismiss it from your view; the banner will stop appearing until it is shown again by the system or after relevant changes to your project.
