Review and manage project setup workflows
Use the workflow overview panel to review onboarding workflows, see overall progress, and drill down into individual steps to decide what to do next.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the workflow overview panel
Scroll below the onboarding banner to reveal the dark-themed workflow overview panel; if it is collapsed, expand it so you can see the list of available workflows and the overall progress indicator.

Step 2: Review overall onboarding progress
Look at the overall progress indicator at the top of the panel to understand how far through the onboarding workflows the project currently is.

Step 3: Browse available workflows
Scan the list of workflows in the panel; each workflow shows its title and progress so you can quickly see which areas of the setup are complete, in progress, or not yet started.

Step 4: Expand a workflow to see its steps
Click the chevron icon next to a workflow to expand it and reveal its ordered list of steps, including visual indicators for completed, upcoming, and next steps.

Step 5: Inspect step details and status
Review the steps within the expanded workflow; use the icons and labels to identify which tasks are agent-driven actions, external links, or items that can be revisited or restarted.

Step 6: Open a workflow step
Click on a specific step row to trigger the associated action handled by the application, such as navigating to the relevant screen or starting the next part of the onboarding process.

Step 7: Update completion state of a step
Where available, use the step’s completion toggle or icon to mark a task as complete or incomplete so the workflow’s progress accurately reflects the project’s current state.
