Complete the project setup workflow
Use the guided setup banner and task modal to run the automated Health & Safety setup for your project and update its onboarding status.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Review the project setup prompt
Open your project dashboard or detail view and locate the project setup prompt banner, which highlights the next recommended setup action for your project.

Step 2: Start the recommended setup action
Click the primary action button in the prompt banner to begin the suggested setup step; you may be redirected to the relevant project page if the action requires it.

Step 3: Run the setup task in the agent modal
When the agent task execution modal appears, follow the on-screen instructions to let the Health & Safety Manager agent run the automated project setup task.

Step 4: Complete the setup step
After the agent finishes, confirm completion in the modal so the system can mark the setup step as done, refresh your project’s setup status and close the modal.

Step 5: Review updated setup prompts
Back on the project view, check the updated setup prompt banner (or its absence) to see what, if any, remaining setup actions are recommended.
