Execute an AI project setup task
Use the agent task execution modal to run an automated project setup task, provide any required inputs, monitor progress, and review the results.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the agent task execution modal
Trigger the project setup task from the interface (for example, by selecting an automated setup action). The Agent Task Execution modal opens, showing the task name, description, and any required initial input fields.

Step 2: Provide initial task inputs
Complete the dynamic input fields shown in the form (such as text fields, selections, or URLs) so the agent has the information it needs to run the task. Review your entries and adjust as necessary.

Step 3: Start the agent task
Select the primary action button (such as “Run task” or “Start”) to submit the form. The modal switches to a progress view, with animated step indicators showing each phase of the task execution.

Step 4: Respond to additional input requests
If the task requests more information while running, review the prompt and fill in the additional dynamic input fields that appear. Submit your response so the agent can continue the task.

Step 5: Monitor task progress
Watch the progress indicators and status messages as the agent works through each step. The modal displays loading states, icons, and text updates so you can see what the agent is currently doing.

Step 6: Review task results on completion
When the task completes, review the completion view, including any generated summaries, documents, or links. Use the provided buttons to open related resources or follow up on the outputs.

Step 7: Retry or close the modal
If the task fails or needs to be run again, use the retry action to restart it with the same or updated inputs. When you are finished, close the modal to return to the main project setup screen.
