Open contextual help panel

Use the contextual help button or keyboard shortcut to open and close the onboarding help side panel while you work.

This guide is designed for project manager.

Steps

Step 1: Locate the contextual help button

Find the circular help button with the question-mark icon (HelpCircle) in the interface; if a small red dot appears on the button, it indicates there is active onboarding guidance available.

Step 2: Open the help side panel with a click

Click the help button to open the contextual help side panel, which slides in to show guidance and onboarding information relevant to the current screen.

Step 3: Open or close the panel using the keyboard shortcut

Press Ctrl+/ (or Cmd+/ on Mac) to quickly toggle the help side panel without using the mouse; the shortcut works from anywhere in the application where keyboard input is accepted.

Step 4: See when onboarding content is available

Check the red indicator dot on the help button, which appears while your onboarding is active and your completion percentage is below 100%, so you know there is still guidance to review.

Step 5: Close the help side panel

Click the help button again or press Ctrl+/ (Cmd+/ on Mac) to close the side panel; when the panel is open, the tooltip and button styling clearly indicate that the next action will close it.
