Use contextual help during onboarding

Use the contextual help button or keyboard shortcut to open and close the onboarding help side panel while working in the app.

This guide is designed for project manager.

Steps

Step 1: Locate the contextual help button

Find the circular help button with a question icon (and a small notification dot if onboarding is in progress) in the interface header or toolbar.

Step 2: Open the contextual help side panel

Select the help button to open the contextual help side panel; any separate documentation panel will close automatically so you only see one help view.

Step 3: Review onboarding guidance

Read the contextual guidance shown in the side panel to understand the next steps in your onboarding journey and how to complete key actions.

Step 4: Toggle the help panel with a keyboard shortcut

Press Ctrl + / (or Cmd + / on macOS) to quickly open or close the contextual help side panel from anywhere in the interface.

Step 5: Close the contextual help panel

Click the help button again or use the keyboard shortcut to close the help panel and return to your normal workspace view.
