Take a guided tour of the sidebar

Use the sidebar guide to understand the main areas of your project and where to find day-to-day tools and management features.

This guide is designed for project manager.

Steps​

Step 1: Open the sidebar guide​

From anywhere in the app, choose the option to "Take a tour of the sidebar" or select the "Learn the layout" button to open the guide panel.

Step 2: Review your primary project areas​

On the first step, read how Home, Dashboard, Workspace, Programme and Documents support your daily project work while they are highlighted on the sidebar.

Step 3: Understand your management areas​

Move to the next step to see the management section highlighted and learn how it reflects the role chosen at project setup and can be tuned in settings.

Step 4: Discover tools and assistants​

Continue to the tools step to see Events, Tasks, Forms, Reports and AI Assistants grouped under Tools so you know where to find them when needed.

Step 5: Finish the tour​

On the final step, close the guide or select the complete option to return to your work with a clearer understanding of the sidebar layout.
