Use contextual help while onboarding
Learn how to use the contextual help panel to access tailored guidance, tips, and quick actions based on where you are in the application.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open a page with contextual help
Navigate to a supported area such as PlanOps or the dashboard; the contextual help panel appears aligned to the current page, showing a title and short description of what you can do there.

Step 2: Review the page overview and description
Read the help panel header, which displays the name of the area you are viewing (for example, “PlanOps”) and a concise description explaining the purpose of this page and how it fits into your workflow.

Step 3: Use quick actions to jump to key features
In the quick actions list, select an action such as “Upload a document” to go straight to the data page or “Run an agent” to open the agents page, allowing you to perform common tasks without leaving the help flow.

Step 4: Read contextual tips and guidance
Browse the tips shown in the panel (for example, how to click metrics for more detail or use search effectively) to understand how to work more efficiently in the current area.

Step 5: Expand sections for more detailed help (where available)
For pages that offer sections of contextual guidance, expand any available section to see more in-depth explanations or links without losing your place in the main view.

Step 6: Open the full help experience
When you need more comprehensive guidance, use the option in the panel to open the full help area, where you can explore additional articles and resources related to your task.

Step 7: Close the contextual help panel
When you have finished, close the panel using its close control so you can focus on the main page content, and reopen it later whenever you need support.
