Use the State Display panel to guide your next actions
Use the State Display panel to understand an area’s current state and launch the most relevant follow-up action or AI assist task.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Review the panel title and description
Open the page section that uses the State Display panel and read the title and description to understand what this area of the workspace represents and why it is currently empty or highlighted.

Step 2: Check any AI assist options and cost indicators
If an AI assist panel is shown, review the task title, short description, IU cost badge and any Early Access label so you understand what the agent will do and the estimated impact on your IU budget.

Step 3: Review prerequisite readiness steps
Look through the ordered readiness steps to see which prerequisites are already satisfied and which still need attention, using the ticks and numbered rings to understand overall readiness at a glance.

Step 4: Launch the AI assist task
Select the primary call-to-action button in the panel to launch the AI assist task, opening the agent task execution modal managed by the main page.

Step 5: Use alternative workspace task tiles if available
When presented with a grid of workspace task tiles, compare the icons, labels, descriptions and IU cost estimates for each choice, then select the most appropriate tile to run that specific lifecycle task.

Step 6: Follow through and refresh the section
After the agent task completes in the modal, close it and return to the section; the owning page will re-fetch data so the State Display panel can update to show completed steps or a populated view.
