Get a head start setting up RAMS with PlanOps

Use the No RAMS yet panel to let PlanOps find your packages, decide which need RAMS, and plan approval deadlines for you.

Steps​

Step 1: Open the RAMS area with no RAMS created yet​

Navigate to your project's RAMS section; when there are no RAMS set up, the "No RAMS yet: want a head start?" panel appears automatically.

Step 2: Review what PlanOps will set up for you​

Read the explanation of how PlanOps can work out which packages need a Risk Assessment & Method Statement and how far ahead of each package's start it must be approved.

Step 3: Check the Intelligence Units cost​

Look at the Intelligence Units badge that shows how many IUs this assisted setup will cost before you start the task.

Step 4: See the setup steps PlanOps will complete​

In the "What PlanOps will set up" list, review each step PlanOps will carry out, including finding your packages and trades, deciding which need a RAMS, and setting approval deadlines.

Step 5: Start the assisted RAMS setup​

Select "Set my RAMS up for me" to launch the assisted task so PlanOps can begin preparing RAMS across your project.
