Use AI assist to populate an empty section

Use the AI assist panel to run an agent task that populates an empty workspace section for you.

Audience

This guide is designed for project manager.

Steps​

Step 1: Open a section with an empty state​

Navigate to the relevant workspace section that does not yet contain any items; the empty-state panel appears with an illustration, title, and description explaining what this area is for.

Step 2: Review the AI assist panel​

In the empty-state panel, review the AI assist heading, short explanation of the task, any Early Access badge, and the indicative IU cost so you understand what the agent will do on your behalf.

Step 3: Launch the AI agent task​

Select the primary call-to-action button in the AI assist panel to launch the agent task; this opens the agent task modal where the system runs the task to populate the section.

Step 4: Return to the updated section​

After the agent task completes, close the modal to return to the section; the page refreshes and you can now review and work with the content generated by the AI assist.
