Manage your subscription plan and top-ups
Use the pricing page to review your current licence, switch subscription plans, and purchase top-ups for additional usage when needed.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the pricing and billing page
Navigate to the Pricing page from the billing area to see an overview of your current subscription, licence type, and available plans.

Step 2: Review your current plan and licence status
Check the licence badge, current tier, billing cycle, and renewal information so you understand what you are currently paying for.

Step 3: Compare available subscription tiers
Scroll through the pricing cards to compare features and costs across single user, small team, team, and enterprise plans for monthly and yearly billing.

Step 4: Switch between monthly and yearly pricing
Use the billing cycle toggle to view how plan prices change between monthly payments and discounted yearly billing.

Step 5: Select a new subscription plan
Click the Select or Upgrade button on your preferred tier to choose it as your new plan and prepare to start checkout.

Step 6: Confirm and start plan checkout
When prompted, confirm your choice so the system can create a checkout session and redirect you to Stripe to complete payment securely.

Step 7: Open the top-up options
Go to the top-up section on the pricing page to see available top-up packages for additional usage beyond your current subscription limits.

Step 8: Choose and purchase a top-up package
Select the top-up amount that fits your needs and start the top-up checkout process, which will open Stripe to complete the payment.
