Manage subscription plans and top-ups
Use the Pricing page to review your current billing, change subscription plans, and purchase additional top-ups for your account.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the Pricing page from the billing area
Navigate to the Billing section of the application and open the Pricing page to view your available subscription plans and top-up options. The page automatically loads your current billing summary and licence status.

Step 2: Review your current plan and licence details
At the top of the page, check your current subscription plan, billing cycle, and licence type badge so you understand what you are currently paying for and how your account is configured.

Step 3: Compare available subscription tiers
Scroll through the pricing cards for each subscription tier (for example single user, small team, team, enterprise) to compare included features and pricing for monthly and yearly billing.

Step 4: Switch between monthly and yearly billing
Use the billing cycle toggle to switch between monthly and yearly prices. The amounts shown on each plan card update immediately so you can see how much you would pay on each cycle.

Step 5: Select a new subscription plan
On your chosen plan card, select the option to upgrade or change plan. This triggers the plan selection handler and begins the checkout flow for that specific plan and billing cycle.

Step 6: Start the plan checkout process
Confirm your choice to proceed. The page displays a loading indicator while it creates a checkout session and then redirects you to the secure payment provider to complete your subscription change.

Step 7: Review top-up options
In the top-up section, review the available credit bundles (for example 50, 100, 250, 500 units) and their associated prices, so you can decide how much additional usage you need.

Step 8: Purchase additional top-ups
Choose the top-up bundle you want and select the option to top up. This calls the top-up handler, shows a brief loading state, and then sends you to the payment provider to finalise the top-up purchase.
