Monitor IU usage and purchase top-ups
Use the IU usage card to monitor your organisation’s Interaction Units (IU) usage and quickly purchase top-ups when your balance is running low.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Review remaining IU balance
Open the billing area and locate the IU usage card to see your remaining IU, the total available IU for your organisation, and a coloured usage bar indicating whether your usage is healthy, low, or exhausted.

Step 2: Check usage status and trends
Look at the coloured progress bar and status icon to understand whether your IU balance is in a safe range (green), getting low (yellow), or exhausted (red), so you can plan ahead before usage is impacted.

Step 3: Open top-up options when IU is low
When the card indicates that IU is low, select the top-up option button to reveal the available IU top-up packages that you can purchase for your organisation.

Step 4: Choose an IU top-up package
Review the listed top-up packages and select the IU amount that best matches your expected usage, so that your total available IU increases appropriately.

Step 5: Confirm and start the top-up checkout
Confirm your chosen top-up package; the system will trigger the checkout process for the selected product type and update your selected top-up state while the payment is processed.

Step 6: Verify updated IU availability
After the top-up is successfully processed, return to the IU usage card to confirm that your remaining and total available IU have increased and that the usage bar reflects your new balance.
