Verify your identity with two-factor authentication

Use a time-based verification code from your authenticator app or SMS to securely confirm your identity before accessing your account.

Steps​

Step 1: Open the two-factor verification screen​

After entering your username and password, you are redirected to the two-factor verification screen where you are prompted to enter your security code.

Step 2: Retrieve your verification code​

Open your chosen authenticator app or SMS messages to find the latest six-digit code linked to your account.

Step 3: Enter your verification code​

Carefully type the current six-digit verification code into the code field on the verification screen, ensuring it matches exactly.

Step 4: Submit your code to continue​

Confirm the code to complete two-factor verification and, if successful, continue to your account or the page you were originally trying to access.
