When you open a /sign-up link while already signed in, review the message confirming which account is currently active and what workflow is about to start.

If the correct account is shown, select the option to start the workflow now; the system resolves the link and takes you to the appropriate task or nearest available action.

Step 3: Switch to a different account if needed​

If the confirmation shows the wrong workspace or user, choose to switch account, sign in with the correct details, and then reopen or re-trigger the /sign-up link.

If your plan or organisation cannot run the exact workflow, read the explanatory message and use the provided button to continue to the closest permitted action instead.
