Start a new AI project assistant from the sign-up page
Use the sign-up page to create your account, keep your marketing tracking data, and jump straight into your first AI-powered project assistant.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the AI project sign-up page
Navigate to the /sign-up page to see the split-screen layout, with the product story on the left and the secure sign-up form on the right.
Step 2: Review how the AI project team works
Read the left-hand panel to understand the four-step flow from asking for a document through to receiving the finished output from the right assistant.
Step 3: Confirm you are starting from your project need
Use the marketing panel to check that you can request items such as progress reports, handover packs, or safety plans and that the system will handle the workflow for you.
Step 4: Complete the sign-up form
In the right-hand panel, use the embedded Clerk sign-up form to create your account using your chosen email or identity provider.
Step 5: Preserve tracking and intent data automatically
When the sign-up page loads, your campaign tracking and any deep-link task intent are stored so your analytics and targeting stay intact after registration.
Step 6: Finish registration to activate your account
Submit the form and verify your identity if prompted; once completed, your new session is created and you are treated as an authenticated user.
Step 7: Let the system resolve your requested task
After sign-up, the app checks your stored intent with the backend resolver so it knows which AI assistant and workflow to launch for your project.
Step 8: Continue seamlessly as a returning user
If you revisit /sign-up while already logged in, you will skip the form and be taken directly through the same intent resolution flow to your active task.
Step 9: Arrive in the launched assistant task
You are redirected to the appropriate workspace or document task, where the selected AI assistant begins or resumes the workflow you requested.
