Review outstanding company actions from the header signal strip
Use the header signal strip to see where action is required for a company and jump straight to the relevant worklists.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Locate the header signal strip on the company detail page
At the top of the company detail view, find the thin strip of rounded status pills that highlights areas needing your attention; if everything is up to date, this strip will be empty.

Step 2: Scan the pills to understand where action is required
Read each pill label and icon to see which areas need work, such as forms, RAMS, documents, compliance, or packages, along with a short descriptor like overdue or expiring.

Step 3: Open the relevant tab directly from a pill
Select a pill to open the matching tab, which will focus on the items needing action so you can move straight from the signal to the related worklist.

Step 4: Review and work through the pre-filtered items
In the opened tab, check the pre-filtered list of outstanding items and work through them until no further actions remain for that area.

Step 5: Confirm when no further actions are signalled
Return to the company header and note that pills disappear as action items are resolved, leaving the strip empty when everything is green.
