Manage public sharing links
Use the Public Share dialog to create, review, copy and revoke public links for documents, reports, forms and workspaces.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the Public Share dialog
Open the item (document, report, form or workspace) you want to share and select the sharing option to open the Public Share dialog.

Step 2: Review existing public links
In the dialog, review any existing public share entries listed, including their current access level and status.

Step 3: Create a new public link
Choose the required access type (for example view-only or edit access) and use the control in the dialog to create a new public share link for the current item.

Step 4: Copy the public share URL
Once created, use the copy control in the dialog to copy the public URL so you can share it with stakeholders.

Step 5: Revoke an existing public link
If you need to remove access, select the relevant public share entry in the list and use the revoke option to disable that link.

Step 6: Resend an invitation or share via QR code (if available)
Where enabled, use the resend invitation control or generate a QR code from the dialog so that recipients can access the shared item more easily.

Step 7: Review access notifications and errors
Check any access confirmation notifications and, if something goes wrong, review the inline error banner in the dialog to understand what failed before trying again.
