Manage access with the permission button

Use the permission button to view and adjust who can access specific features or areas of the application.

Audience

This guide is designed for project manager.

Steps​

Step 1: Open the permissions panel​

Select the permission button next to the relevant item to open the panel showing current access settings and options.

Step 2: Review current permissions​

Check which users or roles currently have access, and confirm whether permissions are set as expected for your project.

Step 3: Adjust access where needed​

Update the permission settings by changing who can view or edit the selected item, following any prompts displayed in the panel.

Step 4: Confirm and close​

Once you are satisfied with the changes, confirm your updates and close the permissions panel to return to your work.
