Complete an audit checklist

Use the audit form to record the audit date, overall rating, and detailed checklist findings for each audited item.

Steps

Step 1: Open the audit form

Navigate to the relevant project or audit and open the audit form so you can start entering details.

Step 2: Enter the audit date

Use the date field labelled "Audit date" to select the day the audit took place; this field is required before you can submit.

Step 3: Choose an overall rating

In the "Overall rating" dropdown, select whether the audit outcome is "Satisfactory" or "Needs improvement" based on your findings.

Step 4: Add checklist items

In the "Checklist" section, add each audit item, providing a clear label in the "Item" text field for what you are inspecting.

Step 5: Record responses for each item

For every checklist item, choose a required "Response" option (Yes, Partial, No, or N/A) so each item has a clear audit outcome.

Step 6: Set severity and disposition

For items that require more detail, use the "Severity" and "Disposition" dropdowns to classify the issue and indicate any needed follow-up work.

Step 7: Review and submit the audit

Check all required fields are complete, then submit the form to save the audit record for the project.
