Access a preset stakeholder view

Use shortcut links to open the stakeholder register with a specific preset view automatically applied.

Steps​

Navigate to a stakeholder link provided in an older email, document, or bookmark that includes a preset name in the URL (for example, a link ending with "/stakeholders/companies" or "/stakeholders/people").

Step 2: Get redirected to the stakeholder register​

After opening the link, you are automatically redirected to the main stakeholder register for the selected project, with the appropriate preset applied in the URL as a "preset" query parameter.

Step 3: Confirm the correct preset is applied​

Check that the stakeholder register shows the expected preset (such as "companies" or "people") and that the stakeholders list is filtered or displayed according to that preset.
