Select programme tasks from the picker
Use the programme task picker to search and select one or more project tasks from your programme to link them to the current item.
Audience
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the programme task picker
Click the Programme task picker field to open the dropdown list of available programme tasks for the selected project.

Step 2: Review task details in the dropdown
Browse the list to see key details for each task, including name, phase, status, planned dates, critical path, slippage and milestone indicators.

Step 3: Select one or more programme tasks
Click on the tasks you want to link; selected tasks are highlighted and added to the field so they can be saved with the current record.

Step 4: Confirm your selection
Click away from the dropdown or press Enter to close the picker; your chosen programme tasks remain selected and are passed on for saving.
