Pick an organisation for your project
Use the organisation picker to search for and select the correct organisation for your project, even when there are many similar results.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the organisation picker
In the project view, locate the Organisation picker field and select the combobox to open the list of available organisations.
Step 2: Search for an organisation
Start typing part of the organisation name into the search box; the list will refresh after a brief pause to show only matching organisations.
Step 3: Review filtered results
Look through the filtered results to confirm you have found the correct organisation based on its name and role.
Step 4: Select the correct organisation
Choose the organisation you want to link to the project; the picker will close and the selected organisation will appear as the field label.
Step 5: Confirm your selection remains applied
If you run another search later, the selected organisation will stay shown on the picker, even if it no longer appears in the current search results.
