Review recent project activity
Use the activity log to review recent changes, comments, and updates across your project, and open detailed views for specific items.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the activity log
Navigate to the section of the application that displays the Activity Log for your selected project; the page will load a list of recent activities with timestamps, icons, and brief descriptions.

Step 2: Filter activities by type
Use the filter options (such as action type and entity type) and the search box to narrow down the list of activities to the items that are most relevant to you; the list updates automatically as you adjust filters.

Step 3: Browse activity pages
Use the pagination controls at the bottom of the log, including the previous and next buttons, to move between pages of activity when there are more items than fit on a single page.

Step 4: Sort activities
Adjust the sort options to change the order in which activities are displayed, such as switching between ascending and descending order by date or other available fields.

Step 5: View activity details
Select an activity from the list to open its detailed view in a side panel or modal, where you can see full information about what changed, when it happened, and which workspace item it relates to.

Step 6: Inspect the related workspace item
From the activity details view, open the associated workspace item to see its full context, including any related data or configuration, so you can understand the impact of the change.

Step 7: Close the detail view
When you have finished reviewing an activity or workspace item, use the close control on the detail panel or modal to return to the main activity list.
