Process Subcontractor Handover (Complex / Commissioned Systems)

Validates a submitted complex subcontractor handover. Blocks if rejected, if blocking snags remain, if any commissioning record is 'outstanding', or if statutory certificates required for the discipline are missing. On acceptance, files product, workmanship, and collateral warranties plus all statutory certificates to the project document register with expiry tracking, registers the asset list, schedules statutory re-inspection reminders, generates the Subcontractor Handover Certificate PDF, records the defects liability period start, and notifies the package manager, MEP manager, and FM team.
