Drawing Change Impact Assessment

Newly issued drawing revisions have been reviewed by the AI change assessment — what do the changes mean for cost and programme? This task gathers the changed drawings that have a completed automated revision comparison, explains the cost and programme implications of each change from a main contractor's perspective, and produces a PlanOps report with a prioritised risk view and recommended actions. Optionally (off by default) writes the identified cost/programme risks to the project risk register.
