Plant Hire Ticket

Plant hire tickets stacking up and your register is out of date? This task processes a plant hire ticket or delivery document (photo or file) to create a plant register entry - extracts hire company, equipment details, dates, and costs. It also assesses which recurring checks each item carries - daily pre-use, LOLER thorough examination, PUWER periodic inspection - grounded in the LOLER/PUWER knowledge packs, and sets each one up with its next due date. Adds the hire company to the project if not already present.
