Need operatives to formally confirm they've read and understood the RAMS? This task creates a pre-filled RAMS Acceptance form ready for signing — pulling details, documents, and subcontractor information from the accepted RAMS lifecycle item. If no RAMS lifecycle item is selected, one is created from an uploaded/selected RAMS and linked to the form. Supports both the full form (with briefing and supervisor sign-off) and the simplified version.
