NEC Contract Type

Select the NEC contract type to apply correct notification timescales.

Options:

  • nec4_ecc - NEC4 Engineering & Construction Contract (ECC)
  • nec3_ecc - NEC3 Engineering & Construction Contract (ECC)
  • nec4_ecs - NEC4 Engineering & Construction Subcontract (ECS)
  • nec3_ecs - NEC3 Engineering & Construction Subcontract (ECS)

Default: nec4_ecc

Quotation Submission Period (Weeks)

Number of weeks allowed for quotation submission per contract (default: 3 weeks for NEC4).

Default: 3

PM Assessment Period (Weeks)

Number of weeks allowed for the Project Manager's assessment per contract (default: 2 weeks for NEC4).

Default: 2

Include Closed/Agreed CEs

Include compensation events that have already been agreed and closed.

Default: False
